Condiments should be a vehicle for flavor that enhances the foods they are served with, as well as a source of valuable nutrients when possible. They should not contain harmful ingredients. You'll find many additional Condiment recipes in my book, The Healing Power of Whole Foods, Revised 2nd Edition. There's a "Perfectly Whole" Catsup recipe to substitute for the popular high-fructose-corn- syrup-laden catsup that is actually 1/3 corn syrup! There are recipes for various sauces (including a Simple Pan Sauce that makes use of flavorful drippings left from cooking meat and chicken). Also, you'll benefit from the many dressing recipes, additional dips, and detailed Bone Broth directions!
